Christmas past: What are the abiding memories of christmas, which fill you with right christmassy spirit?
(enchanting or annoying.)
Black CaT: Once we were making the holodez (russian traditional meat
gelly) and my dad gave me an eye of a cow, and we decorated
the x-mass tree with it, but our cat wanted to eat it and almost
knocked the tree down. When my mom saw it she beat me and
my dad with the kitchen towel.
Dmitry Flo: The smell of tangerines and Olive salad in the bucket (true
soviet Xmass spirit).
The Maggoth: When I lived in LA I loved to decorate our stare case with the
x-mass lights. Especially I loved that it was warm and no need
for the gloves or sweaters.
Vezuka: I hate X-mass, it’s the most annoying thing.
Christmas Present: What were the best
or most unusual presents you ever
remember receiving?
Black CaT: That was a huge doll and the watering pot.
Dmitry Flo: What the hell, obviously the toy railroad.
The Maggoth: The black prostitute.
Vezuka: It’s this years gift, it’s the most warm thing I can wear and
that’s why I am not scared of X-mass.
Xmas Future: Where will you be
spending Xmas this year?
Black CaT: At my boyfriend’s working place.
Dmitry Flo: At work!
The Maggoth: With da family.
Vezuka: Alone by TV and will be eating the Cherry Cake.
Christmas Ghost Stories
What is the spookiest experience you
have had?
Black CaT: Once my girlfriend told me that president Putin sings the song
by Sentenced 'Killing me killing you' on TV instead of the
annual X-mass greetings.
Dmitry Flo: I think the best thing I will ever remember is naked
Snegurochka (it’s a grand daughter of Russian Santa Claus) on
the rails.
Vezuka: So, I am sitting and eating this damned Cherry Cake and
suddenly there is this ghost of the male strip dancer and he
wants me to stick some money in his underwear, but I don’t
have a penny in the house. Owww.
The Maggoth: When I was a little my mom dressed as a Russian traditional
Santa Claus and scared the shit out of me, I even climbed under
the stool where my dad was sitting.
